Meditation can be done in a quiet sitting position, laying down, walking, dancing, exercising, in nature, and in many other ways.There are may different types and styles of meditation that have been developed throughout the years along with places of origin. Each type and style have similarities and differences. They also have various purposes and outcomes. Meditation can be for relaxation, stress reduction, problem solving, personal growth, focus, transformation, and many others. The main thing to remember is that meditation can bring the body, mind, and spirit back to a healthy state. Benefits from meditating are countless and have been scientifically proven. Meditation can be done for 5 minutes or longer. A daily practice of meditation can change your life.
